Ground Floor: Features the main living room and dining area, one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and a spacious balcony designed for savouring quiet moments.

•Upper Level: Home to the fourth bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a private balcony offering uninterrupted views of the valley.

Milelé at Basa is located around 45 minutes from Bhimtal market, nestled in the quiet hills near Jangaliyagaon.
How many guests can Milelé accommodate?
The home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.
Beyond 8 guests, we can host up to 2 additional guests at an extra charge of ₹2000 per person per night.
How do I reach the property?
You can follow the Google Maps location shared by our team for navigation.
For a smoother journey, we recommend adding Bhimtal as a mid-stop before entering Milelé at Basa as your final destination on Google Maps.
We also share a “Driving Directions to Milelé” PDF for easier access if needed.
Important:
Please avoid taking the Amritpur route directly shown on Google Maps, as it may not be the most suitable route at times.
Instead, we recommend travelling via:
Kathgodam → Bhimtal → Milelé at Basa
In case the usual route is closed due to construction or landslides, then guests are advised to travel via:
Kathgodam → Ranibagh → Amritpur → Banana route.

Yes, free parking is available on the premises.
Is the property senior-citizen friendly?
The house is partially accessible:
- Only 3 steps from the parking area to the main entrance.
- One bedroom and the living room are located on the ground floor.
- The remaining 3 bedrooms are accessible through staircases.

No. Milelé enjoys naturally cool weather year-round, so air conditioning is not required. Ceiling fans are sufficient if needed.
Is smoking allowed?
