Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both guests and hosts. Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance the cancellation is made before the check-in date.
If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of booking and check-in is at least 14 days away, the guest will be eligible for a 100% refund.
If a cancellation is made at least 7 days before check-in, the guest will be eligible for a 50% refund.
If a cancellation is made less than 7 days before check-in, the guest will not be eligible for any refund.
